Last Monday, our friends at Tomra Collection Northern Europe successfully and smoothly went live with IFS Cloud release 25R1, after having previously used 24R1.

Align assists Tomra with Build Place Management and Code Maintenance. In this also lies that we project manage these up-lift efforts, and handle the communication towards IFS as well as the business.

We have:

• lifted the code, and analyzed/verified Tomra’s (few) modifications vs. the new code
• made a few but indeed important hotfixes to enable go-live. They were needed since there were some remaining correction gaps in the chosen Service Update (SU2) of the release
• planned and managed the tests, with extra careful testing of those modified areas with code changes needed

As in the past, Tomra’s skilled stream leads and super users play a key role in this, making sure that the solution suits the needs. Many thanks to all involved!
