By installing or using Align Buddy for IFS Cloud (”the Extension”), you agree to these terms.

1. License Grant

Align Consulting AB grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Extension for its intended purpose: developer and consultant tooling for IFS Cloud environments.

2. Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

Copy, redistribute, or republish the Extension or any part of it

Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Extension

Modify the Extension or create derivative works

Use the Extension to build a competing product

Remove or alter any copyright notices or proprietary markings

Share, sell, or sublicense access to the Extension

3. Intellectual Property

The Extension and all related code, algorithms, designs, and documentation are the exclusive property of Align Consulting AB, protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

4. Data and Privacy

The Extension:

Operates locally within your browser

Stores settings and preferences in your browser’s built-in storage

Does not collect or sell personal data

Collects anonymous usage analytics — opt-in in the EU/EEA, Switzerland and the UK, and on by default with a one-click opt-out elsewhere. Changeable at any time in Settings > Privacy, and disableable centrally by an administrator.

Never transmits your IFS credentials, session tokens, or business records to Align Consulting or to any third party

Align Consulting AB operates no server that receives data from the Extension. There is no backend, no account and no login.

5. No Warranty

THE EXTENSION IS PROVIDED ”AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. ALIGN CONSULTING AB DOES NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

6. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL ALIGN CONSULTING AB BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE EXTENSION.

7. Termination

Align Consulting AB may revoke your license at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, you must uninstall and cease all use of the Extension.

8. Changes

Align Consulting AB reserves the right to update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. DMCA and Enforcement

Unauthorized copying or redistribution of the Extension will be met with DMCA takedown requests and, where applicable, legal action.
